FUN THINGS THAT I DO
Here are some current and/or recent fun things I've done!
JOHN WILEY AND SONS
I'm back at my first publishing company, providing freelance services as an editorial project manager (or project editor, if you prefer) and more recently a copyeditor. I've been helping out the Sybex team with their recent book projects, ensuring that all manuscript elements are polished and ready for handoff at each checkpoint. I also help coordinate production and publishing schedules, and provide developmental edits and copyedits as needed.
CHICAGO COMEDY SCENE
I've been hanging around my homes away from home, AKA Chicago comedy theaters. Most recently, I've been studying improv and performance at The Annoyance Comedy Theater, and also continuing my studies at The Comedy Lab through iO Theater. When I'm not in class or applying to jobs, I'm working on a new sketch show that I hope to pitch around town by the end of this year.
